Cancel any time

Go to your account and choose Stop renewing. That's it. You keep Couch until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Changed your mind before then? You can keep your plan going without paying twice.

Refunds

[Proposed, please confirm:] If Couch didn't work for you, write to us within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full. After that, we don't refund part-used months, but you can always cancel so you aren't charged again.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Nothing to ship

Couch is a digital service delivered instantly through your browser. There is nothing physical to deliver or return.
